Constant lead generation through tele-calling, solving queries and designing packages for guests based on their requirement. Following the proper follow-up procedure to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum business to the company. Ensuring maximum brand visibility, brand image building and awareness programs with the help of other departments. Act as a One Point Contact for the guest in order to solicit feedback. Utilizes and develops communication tools and channels for the dissemination of information and workflow amongst all sections and divisions. Develops systems, procedures and monitors for the accurate maintenance of guest history database. Drives customer delight and retention by being a role model in delighting guests in every single interaction. Actively obtains feedback from guests to improve services and facilities.
