Overall Objective: To deliver set standards in Housekeeping Activities.
Responsibilities and key tasks
1. Budget for Housekeeping.
2. Develop & administer SOPs.
3. Customer and vendor relation
4. To bring in the new techniques available in the market and implementation.
5. Inspect & audit to ensure standards of hygiene, cleanliness & maintenance are met.
6. Ensure adherence to linen/uniform specifications.
7. To observe all rules and procedures in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety and Fire Prevention.
8. Coordinate with other department heads & Nursing head for prompt cleaning and delivery of linen.
9. Continuous up gradation of skills of the team.
