3. Evaluate the market conditions and look out for new business opportunities
4. Reporting to Directors
5. Take complete responsibility for Branch Performance including admissions and placements
6. Meet all business targets by developing & implementing operational plan through his team of marketing managers, counselors, placement officer and faculties
7. Maximize sales and drive business growth
8. Preference to candidates who are already in training business and have run the centers successfully
9. Create a professional atmosphere breeding productivity and team bonding
