1. The trainer is required to take training sessions as per the qualification duration (GLH).
2.Must adhere to timelines and instructions set by Manipal City & Guilds for each session.
3.Should be able to maintain documents relating to trainings- attendance, evidences of learners attending sessions, etc.
4. Be technically competent in hospitality industry (front office operations and food and beverage services).
5. Have credible experience of providing training in classroom.
6. Be able to competently communicate in English, and possess a working knowledge of the local language.
7. Be able to effectively use IT tools such as PowerPoint and Word to aid teaching process
8. Complete the qualification related Train-the-Trainer programme provided by Manipal City & Guilds.
9. Should be open to travelling
