Execution and Productivity

• Supports DMMs / AMs working with major DBM clients.


• Provides tracking for all support requests via email


• Troubleshoots requests from DMMs / AMs related to trafficking client campaigns.


• Reviews, traffics and analyzes the quality of campaign setup and adjustments before and during flights.


• Checks creatives and URLs in a systematic manner before implementing them in DBM and DCM, including troubleshooting any minor issues in the creative code format.


• Develops an understanding of DCM to be able to generate and check tags like standard, Java script, iframe, internal redirect (DFP), click and impression trackers.


• Creates screenshots using internal and external tools.

Communication

• Interacts with internal sales and operations teams via email to ensure all requests are completed and questions are answered to ensure successful advertising campaigns.


• Provides tracking for all support requests via email


• Coordinates with Campaign Managers via email or in-person as additional line of communication regarding questions about any request.


• Demonstrates comfort using email, chat client, Hangouts.


• When speaking and/or writing, uses proper English grammar with minimal errors.


• Demonstrates solid English pronunciation and projects confidence when speaking.
