Urgent Openings for Social Media Analytics in Mumbai Location

Responsibilities


:Must bring in deep domain expertise, thought leadership, understanding of current & future trends of the marketing industry in general and analytics in particular

Able to leverage experience and expertise to identify/recommend latest analytics technology platforms

Design, build, deploy and maintain standard delivery solutions/methodologies

Work with delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams

Provide periodic progress reporting to stakeholders, coordinate and promote effective cross team-working

Would be in a consulting role across clients and leading team leaders across multiple projects with clients

Participate in hiring and marketing analytics capability-building activities



Basic Qualifications
:

MBA/ Engineers/ Masters from Top Tier Institutes

Must have 7 to 9 years of total experience with 4-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing analytics

Certification in Web Analytics or Marketing Analytics areas preferred (e.g. Google Analytics Certified, Omniture Certification etc.)


Need to have :


Capability to be the Subject Matter Expert for the Marketing Analytics Domain which includes digital reach analytics, campaign analytics, web analytics etc.

Deep expertise in web analytics, Should look beyond clickstream, should know how to setup custom reports, should know to write regex expressions, should know what is usability analysis and how competitor monitoring done

Very good data visualization skills

Should be Google Analytics certified or should have industry analytics certification

Has the ability to leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive delivery excellence (best practices, quality principles, best-in-class technology and tools, productivity, analytics)

Special focus on driving analytics, client business value, process benchmarking and productivity improvements across global portfolio

Is able to work with multiple stakeholders e.g. delivery leads, account management, clients and operational excellence teams

Have exceptional Communication Skills and be able to manage client-facing responsibilities

Should have knowledge of/work experience working with industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture Sitecatalyst, Epsilon, Webtrends, Comscore etc.
