3.Experience in creating ,updating and managing information resources
4.Ability to deliver information and learning skills courses required for the employees
5.Good relationship management and network with external bodies (Suppliers, other librarians etc)
6.Ability to connect with community
7.Thinks of innovative ways to make the books accessible to new users and encourage reading.
8. Interest to work in the development sector and contribute effectively
9.Knowledge of Tamil (read,write and speak) is a must
