Manager- E Commerce Operations, 6 - 8 years exp, Mumbai

Manage the operational aspects of the companys online sales channels. Currently we are present on multiple online market places and have our own web store

Financial:


- Inventory and financial reconciliation


- Minimising write offs and damages


- Contracting with service providers and managing their commercials


- Liaison with Payment Gateway partners


Process


- Setting up scalable internal processes that lend itself to automation


- Defining Standard Operating Processes


- Ensure adherence to SLAs by service providers


- Participate in process improvement discussions with internal team members


- Internal Process monitoring and improvement


Customer:


- Setting up processes to manage customer issues


- Interact with off-site Call Centre executives, ensuring that they understand SOPs, monitoring them, complaint resolution by co-ordination with relevant internal departments


- Ensuring product deliveries to customers within agreed SLAs


Team


- Manage Market place, Payment Gateway and Customer Service team members


- Working closely with Buying & Logistics departments and internal technology and marketing team members
