Manager / Sr. Manager - Marketing, 10 - 15 years exp, Cochin

Job Resposibilites

Build relationship with architects and builders to educate them about my products and services, intimate them about the changes and improvements, persuade them to buy my product, close the cycle

Identify, Develop & Manage the set of partners in the assigned territory and generate business by aligning them with company goals.

Build a solid sales funnel to exceed the sales goal by generating and validating enquiries

Participate in trade shows therby showcase the brand to target customer ultimately generate value and revenue to company

Train channel partners to understand the value proposition to sell against competition, Initiate marketing activities for all the partners through participating in Trade Shows, conducting architect meet and advertising through news papers

Projecting the sales on monthly basis and achieve sales targets, generate MIS


Formulating Marketing Strategies for the development of new markets in Southern Northern regions of the country.

Participating in various exhibitions for business development.

Meeting Structural consultants, Project Consultants, Architects and EPC Contractors for relationship building and generating awareness about the Pre Engineered Steel Building Concept and discuss advantage of Steel Buildings in Commercial applications.

Interaction with prospective customers to understand there requirement and coordination between consultant, architect and design to arrive at most economical solution while satisfying customers requirement.

.Offer preparation, Techno commercial discussion and Price Negotiation in order to finalize the contract.

Project Management & Execution: Coordinating between various functional departments of the project (Architect, Structural Consultant, Design, Drafting, Manufacturing, Erection) and ensuring timely execution of the project.


Business Development

Generating revenue by identifying prospective clients and making presentation to them for procuring business.

Understanding clients needs / enhancements and consulting for providing solutions as per specifications finalized.

Working on new or existing accounts and identifying prospective opportunities within timeline.


Client Servicing



Coordinating regularly with the Customers/ Sites to ensure smooth delivery of product and support.

Liaising with clients to ensure constant communication for understanding clients requirement and building avenues for reorder and references.

Team Management




Undertaking training initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.

Creating an environment that sustains and encourages high performance; motivating teams for optimizing their contribution levels.
