Interaction with prospective customers to understand there requirement and coordination between consultant, architect and design to arrive at most economical solution while satisfying customers requirement.
.Offer preparation, Techno commercial discussion and Price Negotiation in order to finalize the contract.
Project Management & Execution: Coordinating between various functional departments of the project (Architect, Structural Consultant, Design, Drafting, Manufacturing, Erection) and ensuring timely execution of the project.
Business Development
Generating revenue by identifying prospective clients and making presentation to them for procuring business.
