The incumbent should be trained abroad particularly in Western Europe
Should be willing to be stationed at Kathmandu (ideally) or else should be willing to travel to Kathmandu to work as consultant for a period of 2-3 weeks in a row for few times
Pertaining to full time job we are open to negotiation such salary and other allowances
Pertaining to consulting job we can negotiate on a case to case basis
