Responsible for coordinating and supporting initiatives relative to the evaluation, processing, and handling of motor claims of the organization.Souns knowledge in Automobile body shop operations.
Act as a liaison between the organization, insurance providers and policyholders regarding the status and eligibility for coverage for all relevant claims.

Evaluate and recommend improvements /enhancements to the reporting officer.
Review the claims service in terms of speed and customer satisfaction of the insurance companies and
