Responsible for governance of Lucknow Region & ensure that the business runs smoothly on an ongoing basis -
1. Overall Accountability for 16 Branches, spanning 5 States - U.P., Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa & West Bengal (Allahabad, Kanpur, Lucknow, Muzaffarpur, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Faizabad, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur, Patna, Ranchi, Jhumri Telaiya, Kolkata, Siliguri, Bhubaneswar & Rourkela)
2. Managing 1700 ATMs in the region
3. Effectively handling Day to day Logistics, Operations; Route optimization & maintenance
4. Fleet Management
5. Liaison with government bodies (RTO, Police and Local Municipal officials etc.)
6. Manpower Management & Handling Employee Relations matters
7. Provide efficient and effective Customer Service to achieve higher customer satisfaction levels.
8. Effectively handle process related improvements
9. Hiring, Managing and developing a proactive professional team
