Greeting we are looking for Senior Analyst ARIS process designer who has experience in process mapping. This role involves shift basis so people who are flexible for shifts can apply for.
Shift Timings : 7AM to 4 PM & 3 PM to 12 PM
Job Description:
Create end to end process map using ARIS process designer tool of all HR Performance, Rewards and Benefit products
Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Interact with relevant stakeholders to obtain inputs for process mapping over the phone, email or chat
* Gather and validate inputs provided by team
* Create end to end process map using ARIS process designer tool with different model type
* Ensure completed process map is aligned to ARIS standards and conventions
* Capture exceptions handled and Risk elements in each process
* Review process maps with all relevant stakeholders and get sign off from product owner
* Identify opportunities for standardization, automation and re-engineering
* Manage process related changes should be reviewed properly and updated in ARIS
* Keep a track of process changes and version control
* Identify and close any quick wins immediately and measure success
* Keep a track of all open items and drive for closure
* Track and monitor all process mapping timelines and ensure all activities are completed well before the target date including L4 process map
* Meet stakeholders expectations and work closely with colleagues and peers
* Assist HRSSC and product team in creating and converting processes into ARIS designer tool
* Complete Performance, Rewards and Benefits process maps
Qualifications & Skills
* Relevant years of experience in process mapping and Process improvement initiatives
* Experience in HR Operations
