Title: Team Lead-Customer Care Center
Location: Bangalore
Experience:3-7 years (Atleast 1 year experience as a team leader on papers)
Qualification: Graduation from a recognised university.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing and motivating a team of 16 associates.
- Resolve escalated customer calls and interact with investors.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve baseline performance.
- Prepare and review compliance reports.
Key Result Areas:
- Maintain Promises Kept per hour
- Resolve escalated customer issues and provide outstanding customer service
- Complete financial Packages sent & received (ELMPR,HMPR, CCFP, HMPW)
Shift: evening or night shift. (Transport facility provided)
The Customer Care Center is responsible for resolving early delinquency, addressing customer inquiries and providing outstanding customer service. This position reports directly to the Manager, Customer Care Center.
