Qualification & Experience
1. Graduate/ Post Graduate degree, preferably B.Com/M.Com
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in a call center/ Mutual Fund/ Distributor.
3. Preference to candidates who have worked with MFs/ MF distributors
4. Good command over language and fluency in spoken English
Job Description
1. Handle phone calls from clients
2. Ready to work in shifts 8.00 am to 7.00 pm 3 shifts
3. Co-ordinate with the distributor/ bankers/ registrars/ depository participants and other service providers
4. Manage and generate MIS for respective zone/ region
5. Manage walk-in clients/ distributors/ investors
6. Correspond with investors over email/ letters and address their concerns and queries
7. Outbound calling to prospective clients on new products/ operational and regulatory changes
