(NYSE: TCL) Designation Process Specialist - 1 Opening(s) Job Description A good understanding of the BPM philosophy and the various applications of BPM systems A good understanding on the applicability of Lean, Six Sigma, Governance, Risk and compliance, best practices in management and improving business processes. Familiarity with any of the BPM frameworks via APQC, tom, SCOR, ITIL, IFRS, BASEL II etc. Previous experience with one or more BPM tools like ARIS, Met storm, Intaglio, Skelton, etc. Experience in translating customer business requirements in workable business solutions Analysis of the current AS-IS Process and perform need gap analysis Create robust and scalable process frameworks Create Process documentation and conduct stakeholder training Lead process design for new product launch Identify process gaps with Business Process Framework (BPF) and other frameworks Support cross functional team understand various product process requirement and develop standard operating procedure Support various function develop requirement and user acceptance test cases for IT system development. Operationalize product and services as per the product road map Develop and implementation of standardized business process framework in various domains/functions Understand and review existing processes, identify gaps and pursue standardization and optimization of projects using BPF and LEAN / Six Sigma Methodologies Identify non-value-added elements and activities in processes and eliminate/reduce them Lead and facilitate improvement of key business processes across multiple domains/functions in conjunction with other Process leads in cross functional and cross organizational environment Mentor/guide people while they pursue functional process design and improvement programs and provide on-hand support as required. Audit the process and functions and enable them achieve certifications. Work Experience Requirements Desired Profile Education & Technical / Professional Certificates Masters Degree with emphasis in Business, Systems Engineering or Process Design Post Graduate / Bachelor in Engineering - Electronics or Electronics & Communications Worked in service operationalization for various telecom data product with global exposure Experience in Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, TM Forum BPF, ITIL Familiarity BPM frameworks viz APQC, eTOM, SCOR, ITIL, IFRS, BASEL II etc. Familiarity with BPM tools like ARIS, Metastorm, Intalio, Skelta, etc. Key Skills Good blend of telecom domain and technical skills Good negotiation skills and people management skills Strong oral & written communication skills communicate with internal and external customers Advanced working knowledge on MS-Office applications & Technical systems Other Requirements Job involves frequent travel, short term relocation and working in multi geography timings Should have a passport valid for next 2 years at least.
