Branch Sales Manager - Urgent - Coimbatore, 3 - 7 years exp, Coimbatore

You will be driving all business development activities in your location.

You will also be responsible for running the branch as a profit centre, which means that you shall be responsible for revenue generation, cost management as well as delinquency control.


You will recruit and drive a motivated sales team so as to effectively service your catchment area and ensure that loans are processed within the defined turnaround time.


You shall be responsible for servicing all the customer requirements and build a long lasting relationship with them.


Specifically, the job description is as under :


Team leadership build a high performing motivated team by working closely with the team members, offering mentoring and leading by example.


Sales Management - Achieve disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.


Marketing Management Plan and execute marketing campaigns and below the line activities to build a brand image of the company.


Relationship Management Build strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and beyond loans initiatives


Profitability Management Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and building a superior quality portfolio.


Delinquency Management ensure zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.


The job would require visiting spoke locations for business development; so, regular road travel will be very much a part of the routine.


Skill sets required


Preferred candidate - Banking and Financial Services (BFSI); Social Enterprise


Ability to build and lead a team; mentor the team members and lead by example


Proven ability to plan & execute


Self-motivated; having the ability to work without full time supervision


Strong inter-personal and leadership skills


Ability to create a professional, yet lively and fun work culture


Understanding of credit & operational risk



Preferably Banking and Financial Services (BFSI); Social Enterprise

At least 3years experience in Retail/SME Sales


Post Graduate from a reputed institution


Being a team player and the ability to appreciate other peoples perspectives is absolutely essential


Willingness and ability to travel within the city


Good communication skills
