Lead View, Lead Creation in CRM
Responsible for capturing complete information of customer in system
Actioning on the leads, coordinating with SA RA TL wrt to leads
Maintaining Excel Records of Leads
Fixing up appointment, updating Visit calander in SAP
Allocating the customer as Corporate and Retail
Booking of Quotation
TC will be responsible to keep TCUI screen clean of leads by actioni
Any reporting related to her area
Discuss any issues in her area with Supervisor(Accountant)
