* Provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries.
* Talk to Customers in the US.
* Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
* Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
* Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
* Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
* suggest the customer on various products to close a sale
Candidate Profile:
* Top priority Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Quickly and effectively identifies and solves customer requests and problems.
* Good Typing Speed (35words/Minute)
