The KG Coordinator is expected to:
Encourage high standardize all aspects of school life;
Contribute to the effective and efficient management of the school;
Promote a school culture that is happy,purposeful and productive;
Support and motivate pupils,teachers and other school employees;
Encourage consultation and discussion.
The KG Coordinator will support the work of, and report to, the Head of Primary. she will share responsibility for the welfare of staff with other members of the Primary Leadership Team and deputize for the Head
of Primary in his/her absence.
Play a leading role in providing strategic direction of KG section;
Take a leading role in discussing and negotiating policies and
procedures;
Take an active role in the promotion of good practice throughout KG section;
Ensure that school policies and procedures are carried
out at all times.
