REPORTS TO: Manager - Technical / Service Manager
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Executive / Area Manager - Technical is responsible to meet the customers expectation, need and satisfaction by rejoining to their queries, complaint; implementing necessary corrective and preventive measure; and providing technical assistance
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Consistently achieve the service delivery norms to attain the high level of customer satisfaction
2. Escalate critical issues to the concerned groups for ensuring timely action.
3. Direct interaction with customer on technical ground
4. Provide suitable response to our external and internal customer
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/ON-GOING FUNCTIONS:
1. Regular visits to all Automation customers and motivate customers to use In house products
2. Handle customer queries and complaints
3. Conduct trainings for customers
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
Graduate / Post-graduate in Life Sciences with basic knowledge of BioChemistry or DMLT with Graduate / Post-graduate in Life Sciences
Experience:
1 - 3 years of experience in Diagnostics instruments service sector and customer handling
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Basic hands-on skills in Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunology
Skills/Competencies:
Capability of handling applications issues and resolving customer queries
Capability of conducting trainings for customers.
Extensive focus to the processes and adherence to the service delivery norms
Other Skills:
Communication skills
Customer dealing capability
