Education :- ONLY Graduates (any stream)
Experience :- 6 to 12 months in International Call Centre
Language :- English + Regional Language (Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)
Salary : Benchmark to industry standards
*90% day shifts with 5 day working
Minimum skills required:
Experience in customer service industry (Hospitality, Aviation, Customer Service, Bpos) for over 6 months experienced resources
Written and spoken fluency in business English
Experience working in a B2C environment
Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
Technologically capable - able to quickly learn customer service software applications
Strong problem-solving skills
