Communicate with various departments, including dispatch, crew/ aircraft scheduling, and guest relations in order to execute the planned schedule as per the operational needs
Find and highlight discrepancies or shortcomings in schedule, in order to take timely action on Day-0
Monitor multiple live screens and take quick decisions based on the circumstances, and/ or highlight changing requirements to the relevant team member
