| Job Description | Audit and analyzes the clinical and operational work processes, policies and procedure to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and guidelines of social responsibilities. Execute accurate, objective and high quality social compliance assessments by implementing all requirements indicated in the client specific procedures and social audit scope. Prepare in advance by downloading and reading social audit documents related to upcoming audits. Developing monitoring standards, impact assessment procedures and social audit formats. Document and report the audit findings/ observations. Communicate audit results to the management in a professional, objective and clear manner. Identify documents and present any errors, irregularities or findings. Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken as result of social audit. Serves as the social auditor- in charge when necessary and also as a consultant to the client. Submit complete audit reports timely. Promptly address any clarification queries from the reviewing team Apply feedback from reviewers, training supervisors, team manager and client facing team to future work for continuous improvement. Ability to treat privileged information with discretion and ensuring all audit related documents and results remain confidential and well-guarded. Serves as a resource both internally and externally regarding compliance-related issues. |
| Desired Profile | Advanced university degree in MSW / Social Sciences/ Development Economics. 8 years to 12 years of relevant experience, to include minimum four years in the domain of social auditing, compliances and regulatory experiences. Exposure on varied issues of Development like; health, education, child safety, women empowerment, community mobilization, impact assessment, evaluation & monitoring. Understanding on other multiple social causes would be an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Excellent oral communication skills; capable of addressing high executive audiences and conduct opening and closing conferences in front of multiple people. Sound mathematical skills and analytical skills. Creative and innovative thinking to problem solve and streamline processes. Honest, trustworthy and reliable Able to maintain high ethical standards. Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations |
