This candidate would be responsible for Operations+Business of a Jewellery Showroom that would include:
Management of Floor activities.
To ensure that sales targets are achieved on a consistent basis through handling and Motivating a team of around 15-20 people.
Would be responsible for revenue growth.
Ensuring maximum Customer Satisfaction by providing timely response to queries and clarifications.
Client Management.
Boosting Overall performance of the store.
Visual Merchandising.
Team Management.
Ensure Excellence in Customer Handling and Service
Responsible for entire store operations like VM, stock management, shrinkage prevention etc.
Inventory Management.
Ensure all SOPs and processes are adhered to by the store staff.
Suggest improvements and initiatives which can help increase sales for Store.
