Job Description
1. Developing effective marketing programs mostly BTL in order to achieve Brand objectives.
2. Conceptualizing and executing promotions, customer offers and other customer engagement initiatives in line with Brand strategy
3. Regular store visits to ensure execution excellence at store, develop consumer understanding, interact with regional operations for better business understanding.
4. Developing New Alliances - Joining hands with relevant business partners, Organising events, experiential etc
5. Monitoring and analysis of internal sales figures, external data, competition mapping, etc.
6. Work closely with the Sales and Operation team for effective activation of marketing plans and promotions.
7. Be a liasion between internal & external teams to ensure timely achievement & implementation of launches, etc
8. Plan, execute and own the quarterly promotional calendar, keeping in mind the importance of
promotions/ alliances in driving sales, relevance to important occasions and coherence of
communication with other channels
