Job DescriptionZonal CBSS works with specifiers and influencers at an early stage of projects to educate, supply specifications, change products, affect construction process selection to reflect planned utilization of new concretes. This means:

Identify key prescription / specification / design stakeholders within Zone

Define the criteria for segmentation of prescribers / specifiers / designers (i.e. construction market segment, typical project size, innovation profile etc

Work with National CBSS to build the strategic plan for prescriptive selling initiatives and execute and track all prescriptive selling activities.

Complete discussions with groups of architects/consultants that are learning about concretes and understand potential they have to develop better engineered solutions which incorporate the use of Lafarges innovative concrete range to make things easier for customers

Nurture the innovation with new ideas based on market trends and specifiers needs & understand fully the role of sustainable construction solutions

Support National CBSS and ensure the increase of market share vs. other materials and with increased margins/ improved product mix.

Ensure the impact of consultative design, with particular attention paid to number of visits, number of specified projects of the total sales
Desired ProfileMinimum 5 years experience in structural design or a relevant engineering field, with expertise in different segments (residential, industrial, infrastructure) and building systems or field construction experience (be or have recently been practicing architects and engineers)

Design experience

Solid project management experience

or jobsite manager/ architect with some PM experience

Sales or Marketing experience is an advantage

Knowledgeable in new software and CAD systems

Solid IT user knowledge

Ability to influence internally and externally

Ability to manage and develop a team of high profile individuals
