1. Responsible for Preparation of Basic Design Package for detail Engineering and CAPEX Preparation.
2. Preparation of Process Design Package for Execution and Procurement.
3. Preparation of Drawings related to project as P&ID, Layout, GA etc.
4. Preparation of Technical Specification Sheet and Technical Bid for Order Finalization.
5. Prepare material list- bill of quality & indents for material.
6. Follow up and Expediting of Delivery of Project Material.
7. Checking of Equipment Drawing for Approvals.
8. Inspection of Equipment.
9. Preparation of load list and Instrument List.
10. Preparation of project schedule & review monitor the execution work for timely completion of project.
11. Prepare work completion & pending reports with action plan.
12. Coordination with internal departments & outside agencies such as vendors, contractors.
13. Trouble shooting and commissioning of project.
14. Coordination with project executing team till the project is commissioned & handed over to Production Department.
15. Preparation, review & submitting documents to QA for project.
16. Preparation of drawing for liasoning, statutory approvals.
