The Ideal Candidate is someone who constantly raises the bar for her/himself and the team, thrives under pressure, can dive deep into the data and be able to derive actionable insights, can work with a diverse stakeholder group and geographically diverse team. She/he will support both the daily business analytics needs of the regions, as well as lead analytics capability / solution development that can scale across regions. Solution development areas in focus are web analytics & optimization, Customer and Marketing Analytics and predictive modeling/optimization. Last but not least, she/he is passionate about developing analytics talent.
